**** Please Note **** This product comes in an airless pump which uses a vacuum system and DOES NOT use a straw like most dispensers.

*Airless pumps help enhance the effectiveness and longevity of our formula by keeping air and other contaminants out.

*For first use, we suggest Shaking Well then covering the opening where the product is dispensed with your finger, then, pump multiple times to “Prime” the airless pump releasing any air in the system.

This should prime the pump and release any excess air inside the sealed system and promote the product to pump properly after shaking.

*Also: Please, after shaking well, you may also turn the product upside down. In base of product, there is a small hole at the bottom of the bottle. (Bottom is completely removable) Please insert a paperclip into this small hole if pump continues to cause a problem.

This will assist in loosening the bottom disc that pushes the product up, and then prime once again using multiple pumps and product should disperse properly.
